We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on all EMBOUZ products for Nigerian orders. Although most orders are processed same day and shipped in the same business day, we ask that you allow up to 2 business days following the date of purchase to process orders before shipment
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined by you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with EMBOUZ late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
EMBOUZ ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 4pm GMT. Orders placed after 4pm GMT will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Mondays - Fridays.
At EMBOUZ, we guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in a sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the area in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your EMBOUZ order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
When returning a gift, an EMBOUZ Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from any EMBOUZ store, and online. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than ₦500,000, the recipient will receive a check rather than an EMBOUZ Gift Card.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your EMBOUZ order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for EMBOUZ to process your return.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought, within 4 days of the original purchase. Not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign.
TO RETURN IN STORE
Visit our Vendors store nearest to you. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the store of your preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you.
TO RETURN VIA COURIER
To return item(s) purchased online via courier, enter your order number, location and zip code in the fields provided. Your order will appear on the next page, select the item(s) you wish to return and click the submit button. You will receive an email confirming your request and a return label with instructions on how to proceed.
NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
